Landi Inc. — Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Landi Inc. ("Landi Inc.", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies in (a) the Landi web application that our customers sign in to, and (b) the landing pages our customers publish through the Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences — such as a signed-in session or a display setting — over a period of time. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are "first-party" cookies; cookies set by other domains are "third-party" cookies.
2. Cookies in the Landi Application
When you use the Landi application, we set only strictly necessary first-party cookies. They exist so the Service can function — signing you in and securing the sign-in flow — and are not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary, consent is not required for them, and they cannot be switched off within the Service. Blocking them in your browser will prevent you from signing in.
3. Cookies on Published Landing Pages
Landing pages published through the Service set the following first-party cookies on the page's own domain. They power the personalization and measurement the Service provides to the customer who published the page. Landi Inc. processes this data as that customer's processor — see the Data Processing Agreement.

These cookies are limited to the page's own domain and do not track you across other websites. They contain no name, email address, or other directly identifying information, and they are not shared with or used by advertising networks.
The customer who publishes a page may additionally deploy its own tags, pixels, or analytics on that page, or drive advertising traffic to it. Those technologies are set by and are the responsibility of that customer — including obtaining any legally required consent — as set out in Section 2.4 of the DPA.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We do not set third-party cookies, and we do not use advertising, remarketing, or third-party analytics cookies. If you use "Sign in with Google," Google may set cookies on its own domains during the sign-in flow; those are governed by Google's cookie policy.
5. Why We Use Cookies and the Legal Basis
- Strictly necessary cookies (Section 2) are used to provide the Service you request. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional Service. Consent is not required for these.
- Personalization and preference cookies on published landing pages (Section 3) are used to deliver the page experience the publishing customer has configured. The publishing customer consents to and instructs us to set these cookies when accepting the Terms of Service (Section 9.3 of the Terms). Where the law of an End User's region requires consent for non-essential cookies on a customer's page, obtaining that consent is the responsibility of the customer publishing the page (DPA Section 2.4).
We do not "sell" or "share" personal information collected through cookies, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. If you block or delete our cookies: in the Landi application you will not be able to stay signed in; on published landing pages the content you see may be less consistent between visits and visit counts will restart. Because we set no advertising cookies, there is no advertising opt-out to manage.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies the Service sets or in the law. The Version and Effective date above will change, and material updates are announced through the Service's terms re-acceptance flow.
